Cancellation policy
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by him who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us ( maafuii.de, Pfalzburger Straße 55, 10717 Berlin, email: info@maafuii.de) by means of a clear statement (a letter sent by post or an email) about his decision to revoke this contract. The customer can use the attached sample objection form, although this is not mandatory.
In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient for the customer to send notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
As soon as we have received and checked the return from the customer, we will refund the amount to the customer using the same payment method that the customer chose when ordering. This may take up to 30 days from the time of return. We will also deduct a return fee of €7.50 from the refund as our products are printed to order.
We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until the customer has provided evidence that he has sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
The customer must return the goods to us "maafauii.de , Pfalzburger Straße 55, 10717 Berlin" immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which the customer informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if the customer sends the goods before the deadline of 14 days has expired.
The customer only has to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance selling contracts
- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive,
- for the delivery of goods that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer,
- for the delivery of goods if, due to their nature, they were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
